Custom cylinder boxes are round paperboard packages made as tubes with fitted lids, shoulders or end closures. They provide a distinctive silhouette for candles, cosmetics, gifts, apparel accessories and specialty products when round geometry supports the product and brand.
When to consider another format: Round boxes may use shipping and shelf space less efficiently than rectangular cartons. They are not automatically appropriate for direct parcel shipping or regulated product contact without a separately confirmed construction.

How are cylinder box dimensions measured?
Use internal diameter and usable internal height, then identify lid overlap, shoulder and insert dimensions separately.
Can a round box include an insert?
Yes. Paperboard, molded pulp or foam supports can center and protect products, but removal access and product tolerances must be included.
Where is the artwork seam?
A wrapped tube normally has a vertical seam. Its location should be positioned away from the primary front view and confirmed on the sample.
Can cylinder boxes ship directly?
Most presentation tubes should be treated as retail or inner packaging unless the complete packed unit is designed and tested for the intended parcel route.
